Ingredients
6 Ripe tomatoes
Chopped Basil
Maleny buffalo quark
Roasted macadamia nuts,
Avocado oil
Pomodoras Caramelised Balsamic Dressing
Directions
- Slice tomatoes and arrange around the plate or platter
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add lots of the chopped basil
- Sprinkle the roasted macadamia’s
- Finish with a good splash of avocado oil and Pomodoras Caramelised Balsamic Dressing
- Add a good dollop of quark
