How long does delivery take on online orders?

We ship with Australia Post. Delivery can be up to 10 days depending on location. If you haven’t received your product within 14 days or ordering, get in touch.

How is my product shipped to ensure it arrives safely?

It’s our priority to ensure your products arrive safe and sound. We pack everything in cushioned packaging, so that bottles arrive intact and gifts arrive in pristine condition.

How long do balsamic dressings last?

Pomodoras Fine Foods Balsamic Dressings last for two years and can be stored in the pantry.

Postage and Delivery

Postage

Postage is calculated at checkout based on order weight and quantity. Online Shop Orders over $150 are entitled to free postage: this is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery

We ship with Australia Post. Tracking number for your package can be supplied on request.

Delivery can be up to 10 days depending on location. If you haven’t received your product within 14 days or ordering, get in touch.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds

Our company policy is that we don’t give refunds if you simply changed your mind or chose the wrong flavour at the time of ordering.

Refunds, Returns or Shop Credit will be offered if:

  1. Your bottles were broken/damaged due to delivery, providing that evidence is shown.
  2. If the product sent is not the product shown on your order form, then a return & replacement will be offered. In this case we will refund you the postage cost for you to send back to us, and will send you the correct items upon return of the incorrect items.

Ensure your item is packed safely and securely before posting. We cannot accept returns of items damaged on their way back to us.

Wholesale Shop Policies

Joining our Wholesale program

A valid ABN (Australian Business Number) is required to join as a Wholesale Customer.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale Customers have a minimum order of $250AUD or 5 cartons to access wholesale prices for products offered by our Service.

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.

14 day accounts will only be offered to users that we judge to be consistent Wholesale Customers over a period of at least 12 months.

We do not offer return or credit policy on unsold stock.

Wholesale delivery

Wholesale orders over $1000AUD are entitled to free postage.

Postage for all other orders is calculated based on delivery location. Delivery is made via Sendle, Australia Post, or courier depending on location.

Posted orders are packed with internal padded packaging and appropriate fragile warnings on the external packaging to minimise breakages.

Order pick up is available for Sunshine Coast Wholesale Customers and surrounding areas.

Promotional material for Wholesale Customers

Tasting notes and promotional material for Pomodoras Fine Foods Balsamic Dressings will be provided to Wholesale Customers on request.
