This is an easy and quick dish to have on it’s own, paired with a nice glass of rose. You could also serve these prawns with an Asian style salad (see recipe)

Ingredients

Directions

  • Wash, peel & devein the prawns
  • Pre heat sautéed pan with the coconut oil to a high heat
  • Add prawns & season with salt and a good splash of Ginger & Lime Balsamic Dressing
  • As soon as they turn pink and reduce in size they are cooked (about 4 minutes)
  • Serve straight away with just lemon or add your favourite herbs like coriander
