Ingredients

  • 100g Ground Almond

  • 175g Sugar

  • 280g plain flour

  • 150g butter

Directions

  • Mix All ingredients together by hand
  • lay the plums out in a baking dish
  • Sprinkle liberally the crumble mix on top of the plums
  • Bake in a pre heated oven (210 degrees) for 15 minutesor until golden brown

Notes

  • Can be made with Coconut flour to make Gluten Free
