Sweet, Sticky & Savoury: Balsamic Glazed Almonds Recipe You’ll Keep Coming Back To
If you’ve ever had a handful of balsamic glazed almonds, you know they’re dangerously moreish—crispy, sweet, salty, and just a little bit tangy. But did you know you can easily make them at home using Pomodoras signature balsamic dressing?
Whether you’re prepping for a dinner party, looking for a healthy homemade snack, or creating foodie-style Christmas gifts, this balsamic glazed nuts recipe is a winner. It’s quick, customisable, and absolutely packed with flavour.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
This recipe isn’t just for almonds—you can use cashews, pecans, walnuts, macadamias, or a mix of your favourites. And instead of boiling sugar or fussing over thermometers, we’ve made it super simple with our Pomodoras Sweet Chilli Balsamic, Caramelised Balsamic, or even Ginger & Lime Balsamic.
The dressing does all the hard work—bringing that glossy, caramelised finish with a gourmet twist. Just coat, roast, cool, and serve.
Easy Entertaining, Homemade Style
Glazed nuts are a stylish addition to any cheese board or grazing platter, but they’re also fantastic as a lunchbox treat or crunchy salad topper. They store beautifully in an airtight jar, making them perfect for edible gifting too.
Our top tip? Make a double batch. Trust us—they go fast.
Want to try something different? Swap almonds for cashews and use our Ginger & Lime Balsamic for a zesty twist. Or go smoky with pecans and Sweet Chilli Balsamic for a little heat.
