Ingredients
Strawberries cut into quarters,
 chopped mint,
freshly cracked pepper
Maleny Dairies Cream (optional)
Pomodoras orange vincotto  dressing.
Directions
- Add cut Strawberries and mint to the bowl
- Add a little crack pepper
- Mix in Pomodoras Orange Vincotto Dressing
- Serve with a good dollop of cream

- Chef’s Tip – To make this a more savory dish you can add quark instead of cream
