At Pomodoras, we love transforming simple recipes into something truly memorable—because good food should feel special without the stress.

The Secret Sauce: Pomodoras Sweet Chilli Balsamic

Forget bland tomato sauce. Our Sweet Chilli Balsamic Dressing brings a punchy balance of sweet, heat, and tang. It caramelises beautifully over sizzling meatballs, creating a sticky, glossy glaze that clings to every bite. It’s the flavour boost your midweek dinner routine has been missing.

Entertaining Made Effortless

Need a no-fuss dish for feeding a crowd? These meatballs are easy to prep ahead and even easier to serve. Just pop them in a baking dish, drizzle generously with dressing, and bake until golden and bubbling.

Serving Ideas:

  • Pile onto toasted Turkish rolls with rocket and aioli for gourmet meatball subs.
  • Serve with couscous or rice and a dollop of Greek yoghurt for a fuss-free dinner.
  • Skewer with toothpicks and serve with extra dressing on the side as a party appetiser.

Bonus tip? Double the batch—leftovers taste even better the next day.
