I’m Jodi, the driving force behind Pomodoras Fine Foods, where our mission is to inspire home cooks with our range of flavoured products and recipes.
I’d like to share a personal story with you about how I started my Thermomix® journey and how it fits into our current buisness.  

You see, when my husband, Chef Chris, and I made the difficult decision to close our beloved Restaurant in Maleny back in 2021, it marked the end of an era for us. While it was a bittersweet moment, it also meant that Chris, who had spent years whipping up incredible dishes in our restaurant kitchen, would now be home more often. And that’s when reality hit me—I didn’t want him to have to cook every single night after all those years of hard work.

I’ve never really liked to cook as I wasn’t that good, and let’s be honest, cooking for a professional chef can be a little intimidating! So I wanted to feel more confident in the kitchen, and decided it was time to find a way to make cooking less daunting and more enjoyable.

Enter the Thermomix®.

The Thermomix® wasn’t just a purchase; it was a lifeline. I knew it would help me create delicious, restaurant-quality meals at home without the stress. It was the perfect tool to help me become a better cook.

As I began using the Thermomix®, my confidence grew. Suddenly, dishes that once seemed complicated were now within my reach. I find myself experimenting more, trying new recipes, and most importantly, enjoying the process. The Thermomix® has become my trusty kitchen side kick, always there to lend a hand, whether I am whipping up a quick weeknight dinner for the family or preparing things for school lunches or attempting something new.

This newfound confidence has me now adapting Chef Chris’s restaurant recipes into Thermomix® creations.  I’m in the process of developing new recipes to share with you all so stay tuned.
