Ingredients –
sugar, balsamic vinegar(25%) (wine vinegar, grape must, colour (caramel IV)), white vinegar, lemon zest (1%) lemon juice (3%) thyme (<1%) 
Contains sulphites, no artificial flavour or preservatives

Storage –
store in a cool dry place, no need to keep in fridge, shake before use
