Ingredients

  • Strawberries cut into quarters,

  •  chopped mint,

  • freshly cracked pepper

  • Maleny Dairies Cream (optional)

  • Pomodoras orange vincotto  dressing.

Directions

  • Add cut Strawberries and mint to the bowl
  • Add a little crack pepper
  • Mix in Pomodoras Orange Vincotto Dressing
  • Serve with a good dollop of cream

  • Chef’s Tip – To make this a more savory dish you can add quark instead of cream
  • A really good vanilla ice-­cream would also be great with this dish.
