It can’t be claimed to be a centuries old family recipe, handed down from generation to generation. It is, however fast becoming a secret that locals in the know are passing on to friends and family across Australia.
“It started when I was working in Newquay, England about ten years ago, as I wanted more of a versatile dressing that would work with a multitude of dishes, not just salads. So I created my now ‘famous’ Balsamic Dressing” – Chris Bond.
Our Balsamic works beautifully over veges before roasting to caramelise, with stir-fry’s, as a dip and on salads and one customer says her kids love it on their spaghetti Bolognese!
